Tourist Privileges
Out-of-town and international visitors are entitled to our Tourist Privileges Pass which provides access to special savings and promotions throughout the shopping centre. Passes can be obtained at our Guest Services desks.
Visitor’s address must be 65km/40 miles from Yorkdale. A passport, driver’s license or hotel room key is required validation to receive a pass.
Gift with Purchase
Visiting from out-of-town? Present your combined, same-day retailer receipts totaling $300 or more (before tax) at any Guest Services desk and receive a $15 Yorkdale gift card.
Limit 1 gift card per adult. Retailer receipts must be redeemed on the same day of purchase. Tourist shoppers’ address must be 65km from Yorkdale. Driver’s license or valid ID is required validation. Gift may change without notice. While supplies last. Offer not valid on Oxford Gift Card purchases.
Toronto CityPASS
Toronto CityPASS holders are entitled to your choice of a $15 Yorkdale gift card or set of Yorkdale Packing Cubes when you spend $300 or more.* To redeem, present your combined, same-day receipts (before tax) along with your mobile Toronto CityPASS at Guest Services.
* Toronto CityPASS must be valid. While supplies last. Gift may change without notice. Promotion runs May 1 – September 30, 2022
CanaDream RV Guests
Yorkdale is pleased to partner with CanaDream and welcomes guests to the shopping centre. Show your CanaDream keychain at any Guest Experience desk to receive a Tourist Privileges Pass. Also, receive a $15 Yorkdale gift card when you spend $300 or more. Simply present your combined, same-day receipts totalling $300 before tax at Guest Experience.

Yorkdale partners with all travel professionals – from tour operators and convention planners to destination management companies. We offer many services and bespoke programs designed specifically for FIT, Group and MICE travellers, and invite you to explore the possibilities.
In the spirit of hospitality and supporting tourism recovery, Yorkdale is pleased to be offering your clients a new traveller incentive. This year, Yorkdale will be providing your FIT and tour group guests with a $15 Yorkdale Welcome gift card upon arrival at the shopping centre. FIT Travellers
To welcome visitors from the FIT market, customized vouchers can be produced to provide your clients access to Yorkdale’s tourism programs. These vouchers can be designed to include language translations and your company logo.

Motor Coach Drop-Off & Pick-Up Area
Motor coach and bus drivers can safely drop-off and pick-up passengers at the motor coach layby located on the south side of the shopping centre between Valet and Holt Renfrew.
MICE Travellers
Work with us to create a memorable shopping experience for your clients. All of our MICE groups are personalized and planned with your clients’ needs and wishes in mind. Our menu of services includes a pop-up hospitality lounge featuring parcel-and-coat check and beverage station.
